IT Support Analyst with experience of Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory and desktop support experience required by our Client based in Wolverhampton . Salary to £15,000.

The successful candidate will be joining this IT Services company based in Wolverhampton and your main duties will include:

- To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service - management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- To log all calls on the call logging system.
- Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.

The ideal candidate is likely to have a small amount of proven 1st line IT Support experience, and will have had some exposure to Windows 2003 Server issues.
